We decided to go camping with friends up to the Nanahala area in Western Carolina. It was a great trip and a new adventure for us, however there were a few 'bumps'. Kevin and I are definitely used to the creature comforts...um...like a bed. The first night we discovered our air mattress had a hole in it, had to go into "town" the next day to get a new one. Sleeping on the ground was not ideal, nor were the 2 nights of rain BUT it was really fun overall and a gorgeous area. Cooking out, drinking around the campfire and just hanging with fun friends was the best part for us. We'll go back next year for sure, I am hearing talk of a cabin-Jackpot!!
